About Teksidia

Teksidia is a lean, friendly .NET software engineering micro-consultancy.

I'm Jamie Cox, principal consultant and hands-on builder. I founded Teksidia in 2007 and have built, modernised and de-risked business-critical systems for clients across finance, health, media, energy and the public sector, including Bupa, Thales, Hawk-Eye, Stockport Council and Manchester Metropolitan University.

I aim to be a force multiplier, not just a safe pair of hands. I'm a systems thinker who looks for the business reason behind every requirement, then takes the most direct route to meet it. I bring practical Business Analysis and UX skills alongside senior engineering, so half-formed requirements and shifting priorities are handled with ease. Having worked with hundreds of developers, I adapt to any team dynamic, or work solo when that's faster.

I'm open to contract, advisory, or targeted consultancy engagements.

Engagements range from:

  • Hands-on delivery and modernisation
  • Diagnosing acute technical issues
  • Strategic advice on delivery workflows and AI adoption

If you need a senior partner who sees the big picture and gets straight to the point, let's connect to discuss your specific challenges and how my experience can help drive your next phase of growth.
